Heating furnaces for burning biomass with higher moisture content

In this category you will find high- performance COMFORT RS models, which are designed for production facilities of any industry. Heating boilers are used to raise the temperature throughout the facility. Thanks to the use of modern technologies, they consume less fuel than other models in this class available on the market. The RS model is distinguished primarily by its robust movable grate, which allows the use of dry and wet fuel. This significantly saves on fuel, which translates into heating costs and time spent operating the stove.

COMFORT RS biomass boilers are among the low-temperature devices that can be used in both open and closed water systems. They are made of high-quality materials that increase their robustness and service life. Also contributing to this are modern design features, which include a screw feeder and a ceramic combustion chamber. The units in this series are also equipped with a horizontal flue system. A great advantage of the boilers is the clear interface, whose intuitive operation allows for ease of use.

To fully customize the RS central heating boilers to the needs of Users, we offer the possibility to expand the basic functions of the device with additional modules that will significantly increase the convenience of its operation. In particular, we recommend an Internet connection that allows you to start remotely controlling product parameters.

We propose to customize the parameters of the equipment, choosing a range of nominal power from 350 to 5,000 kW, and by that we mean, among other things:

• average fuel consumption from 76 to 510 kg/h
• water capacity from 1500 to 6100 l
• waste gas flow from 533 to 3551m3/h
• operating time on a standard tank from 3.3 to 0.5h

COMFORT-RS, through the use of innovative technological patents, provides greater safety for our users as well as a positive impact on environmental protection. Among other things, we used the following solutions in this model:
