Economical biomass and woodchip boilers

COMFORT RT series equipment is a solution for industrial plants requiring equipment that will be distinguished by economical combustion of fuel while maintaining very good boiler performance. With a rated output of 350 to 5,000 kW, RT heating boilers burn no more than 765 kilograms of fuel per hour. It is possible to fully adapt the parameters of our equipment to the individual requirements of our future users. This includes water capacity, which can be as high as 9200 liters, and waste gas flow rates ranging from 553 to 5327 m3 per hour.

COMFORT RT are heating boilers suitable for burning: briquettes, bark, wood chips and sawdust. They are equipped with an automatic fuel feeding system using a piston feeder. These are low-temperature devices that can be used in water systems – operating in closed and open systems. They also have external thermal insulation to reduce heat loss.

RT biomass boilers use a horizontal flue system, as well as a multi-cyclone as their dust removal system at 80 mg/m3. They are equipped with an exhaust fan, thanks to which it is possible to maintain a proper negative pressure in the ceramic chamber. This significantly increases the efficiency of the device itself, also enabling a more economical combustion process of the chosen fuel.

In order to ensure maximum safety for users in an industrial plant, COMFORT RT central heating boilers are equipped with a thermostatic fire valve. There is also the possibility of installing additional modules, such as an Internet connection, thanks to which it will be possible to conduct fully remote control over the parameters of the device.

The COMFORT RT series is distinguished by an easy-to-use interface, thanks to which any employee can easily adjust the functions and parameters of the device to the needs of the entire plant. In addition, the housing of the boiler itself makes regular cleaning and maintenance much easier.
